Program Description:
Michigan: On 150 acres of unspoiled land on Big Twin Lake in northern lower Michigan lies an Institute dedicated to teaching students to appreciate, understand, and protect the natural world in which we live. Messiah students can participate in either or both of the five-week summer sessions, learning about environmental stewardship from a Christian perspective.

Washington: Au Sable Pacific Rim Institute is located at Pacific Rim Institute on Whidbey Island in the Puget Sound the mid-point between Vancouver, British Columbia and Seattle, Washington. The institute is dedicated to teaching students to appreciate, understand, and protect the natural world in which we live. Messiah students can participate in either or both of the five-week summer sessions, learning about environmental stewardship from a Christian perspective.

Students should plan to take two courses during summer sessions at AuSable.

Au Sable has additional programs in Costa Rica, and India.
